Snap GSM provides mobile phone repair services and sells mobile accessories and electronic devices. While we specialize in iPhone repairs, we also service Android and other major brands.

All services are offered based on availability, and repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. Product availability may vary, and images are for presentation purposes.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments may be made in-store by cash or card.

If applicable, online purchases or reservations will be subject to secure payment methods and confirmation via email or SMS.

4. Warranty and Liability

All repairs are carried out with care and in accordance with industry standards. Warranty periods for parts or repairs will be communicated before service begins and may vary depending on the component.

Snap GSM is not liable for damage caused by misuse, further damage after service, or interventions performed by third parties.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with GEO 34/2014, if you purchase products remotely (online), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This does not apply to services that have already been fully performed or to customized products.

6. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data handling practices.

7. Intellectual Property
