1. Scope of Delivery

Snap GSM offers shipping for selected products such as phone accessories, gadgets, and wristbands. Our repair services are provided in-store and are not currently eligible for delivery.

We deliver only within Romania.

2. Delivery Options

Orders may be delivered via reputable national couriers such as Fan Courier or Sameday. Standard delivery includes door-to-door service and tracking, where available.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. You will be notified by phone or email once the order is shipped. Processing times may be longer during promotional periods or in case of stock limitations.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location, but typically range between 1–3 working days from dispatch.

Delays caused by the courier or force majeure events are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping — this will be clearly stated where applicable.

6. Delivery Confirmation & Issues

You will receive a confirmation once the package is dispatched. If the parcel arrives damaged, missing, or is delayed beyond expected timeframes, please contact us immediately at office@snapgsm.ro or +40 743 077 177.

7. In-Store Pickup

Customers may also choose to pick up their order directly from our location in Cluj-Napoca. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Online Orders)

If you purchased a product online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with GEO 34/2014.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at office@snapgsm.ro, clearly stating your intention to return the product and your order details.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories intact.
  • It must be returned within 14 calendar days from your withdrawal notice.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered defective or incorrect.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days via the same payment method used in the original transaction. We may delay the refund until we receive the product or proof of its return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been unsealed or used (e.g. headphones, accessories with hygiene seals)
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Services that have already been performed (e.g. repairs)

5. Cancelling an Order Before Shipping

You may cancel an unpaid or unprocessed order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us at office@snapgsm.ro or +40 743 077 177. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the return procedure outlined above.

6. In-Store Purchases & Repairs

For purchases made in-store or repair services performed on-site, returns or cancellations are not applicable unless there is a proven defect or legal obligation.
